Ordering

1.What currency is used on KELLYEVE website?

All prices shown on the Website are in U.S. Dollars.

2.How do I place an order?

1.Select the desired product and ADD TO BAG.
2.Continue shopping, or click the bag icon on top right of the page to VIEW BAG.
3.Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT and apply your promotion code.
4.Enter your email and your billing address, select shipping, and a payment method.
5.Enter your shipping address, and the tax will be calculated automatically depending on your shipping address
.Check the information, then click PURCHASE NOW to complete your order

That’s it –Once your order is place, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order.

3.Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. You can place and track orders as a guest. 

4.How to track my order?

Once your order is delivered, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. 

5.Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please email us at vip-sevice@kellyeve.com within 48 hours after you placed the order. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Shipping

1.What shipping options do you have?

We offer free ground shipping worldwide on orders.

2.How will my bags be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a biodegradable PLA bag with a solid linen dust bag outside to ensure it arrives in an excellent condition. You will receive it in a beautiful gift box made of recyclable wood pulp.

Exchange&Return

What is your exchange & return policy?

First, we’re sorry to cause you troubles. If you receive a wrong order or find your product defective or damaged, please email us at vip-sevice@kellyeve.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect product. We are happy to resolve the problem for you right away.

*Products are eligible for return only in their unused condition; returned handbags MUST include all the original packages (Including the gift box, dust bag, biodegradable package and the original tags). *Products damaged in the return process will not be eligible for refund.

*Return shipping cost is NOT covered.
