Return Policy

  • Kellyeve online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online via our store.

  • All returns will be refunded or replaced after proof of return.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

  • Kellyeve is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Should you choose to return, Kellyeve does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

NOTE: Kellyeve accepts returns for wrong items sent by us. We do not accept returns for wrong orders and errors made by the customer which includes error in sizes, error in colours, error in shipping addresses, error in customer information and all other errors and faults caused by the customer and information they provide while placing an order.

If you wish you to cancel or made a change to your order, contact us within 2 days. Once your order is processed and shipped, unfortunately we cannot assist you with alterations any longer.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

Helpful Hint: Kellyeve is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Kellyeve will not issue refunds and replacements.
